What stood out in partnering with Leopard Recruitment was the hands-on approach and understanding of what we needed. There was a strong knowledge of our industry, the stage of our business and the East African context. Communication was excellent, with easy contact by phone or text throughout the process. This resulted in a very good match for what was not an easy placement.

We chose to partner with Leopard Recruitment for the personal approach and understanding of the East African market. The experience in agriculture really helped in understanding our business. The active search and prescreening were very useful in finding suitable candidates. The selected candidate stood out for his experience in distribution and the ambition he showed during the interview.
